8_Wizard

Wizard#

The Wizard under Sales Manager helps you manage incoming lead requests, pull leads from configured data providers, and enrich lead records with additional contact and company information.

Access the Wizard#

From the left navigation menu, go to:
Sales Manager → Wizard
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 21.55.58.png
The Wizard is divided into two main areas:
User requests
Enrich settings
Tip: Configure Enrich settings before pulling and enriching leads so that the Wizard uses the appropriate products, industries, regions, company sizes, revenue ranges, positions, and data providers.

User Requests#

The User requests tab displays lead requests captured for enrichment.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 21.57.17.png
This area allows you to review incoming lead requests, search and organize them, select records for enrichment, and view enrichment results.
At the top of the page, you can:
Refresh the request list.
Select Pull leads now to manually pull leads.
Select + New request to create a new lead request.

Create a New Lead Request#

Select + New request under User requests to manually add a lead for enrichment.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.14.34.png
Two options are available:
Company & contact name — use when you know the company and contact name.
Email address only — use when you only have the contact's email address.

Company & Contact Name#

Enter:
Company name — required
Products & services
First name — required
Last name — required
Email — optional
Phone — optional
Select + Add contact to add additional contacts from the same company.

Email Address Only#

Use this option when the email address is the main information available. The Company name is not required, and the contact name is optional.
Tip: Add the information you already know so Sellora can use it to enrich the lead.
The page also displays the total number of requests and how many are currently awaiting enrichment.

User Request Information#

Each request is displayed as a row in the Lead Wizard table.
The available information can include:
Date
Time
Company
Medium
Request text
Products & services
Status
Enriched via
Contact
Phone
Email
ICP
Enriched date
Outreach
Accuracy
Activity
Deal
This allows you to review both the original request and the information available after enrichment.

Medium#

The Medium identifies the source associated with the lead request.
The interface can display sources such as:
Web
Lusha
Apollo

Products & Services#

The Products & services column identifies the organisation product or service associated with the request.
This helps connect the lead request with the relevant offering.

Request Status#

The Status column shows the current enrichment state of the request.
For example, the interface can display:
Enriched
No match
An Enriched status indicates that enrichment information has been obtained for the request.
A No match status indicates that a matching enrichment result was not obtained.

Enriched Via#

The Enriched via column identifies the data provider used to enrich the lead.
For example:
Lusha
If no enrichment result is available, the field can display N/A.

Contact Information#

When enrichment is successful, the request can display information such as:
Contact name
Job position
Phone number
Email address

Accuracy#

The Accuracy column provides the available verification status for enriched information.
For example, successfully verified information can display:
Verified

View a Lead Request#

Select a lead from User requests to open its detailed view.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.46.44.png
The lead detail page displays:
Company and request information
Request text
Enrichment details
Resolved contacts

Enrichment Details#

Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.47.05.png
The Enrichment section shows the current enrichment information, including:
Status
Provider
Company
Enriched date
Outreach
Activity
Deal
Products & services
If the lead has not been successfully matched, the status can display No match.
Select Enrich now to attempt enrichment for the lead.
Note: If the provider finds no matching contact, the interface indicates that no enrichment credits are charged.

Resolved Contacts#

The Resolved contacts section displays contacts associated with the lead.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.47.37.png
Available information can include:
Contact name
Email
Phone
ICP fit
You can also:
Select the Edit icon to update a contact.
Select + Add lead contact to manually add another contact.
Tip: Review the enrichment status and resolved contacts before continuing with the lead in your sales workflow.

Search and Organize Requests#

The User requests page provides tools for finding and organizing lead requests.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.05.23.png
Available controls include:
Search requests
Filter
Sort

Fields
Use these controls to locate specific requests or adjust how information is displayed.

Select Requests for Enrichment#

Use the checkbox next to a request to select it for enrichment.
After selecting the required records, choose the enrichment method.
Available enrichment options shown in the interface include:
Automatic
Lusha
Apollo
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.05.58.png
Select Enrich selected to begin enrichment for the selected requests.

Automatic Enrichment#

Select Automatic when Sellora should use the available enrichment configuration rather than manually selecting a specific provider.
Alternatively, select Lusha or Apollo when you want to use a specific configured provider.
Note: The screenshots establish that Automatic, Lusha, and Apollo are available options. The exact provider-selection logic used by Automatic is not shown and should not be assumed.

Enrich Settings#

The Enrich settings tab controls how leads are pulled and which types of leads should be targeted.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.17.18.png
The page contains configuration for:
Lead pull schedule

Applicable positions
After changing the configuration, select Save settings.

Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 22.17.54.png

The interface displays the configured value as:
leads / run

Providers#

Select the data provider or providers that should be used when pulling leads.
Available providers include:
Lusha
Apollo

Pull Leads Now#

Select Pull leads now when you want to manually start a lead pull using the configured settings.
The section also displays the Last run information so you can see when the previous lead pull occurred.
Note: The interface states that pulled leads are only kept when the provider returns both an email address and a phone number.

Leads Added to Companies and People#

When leads are pulled, they are displayed under Wizard → User requests for review and enrichment.
Once a lead is successfully enriched, Sellora automatically adds the corresponding records to:
Sales Manager → Companies — for the company record.
Sales Manager → People — for the enriched contact record.
You do not need to manually create the company and contact again after successful enrichment.
Note: Only successfully enriched leads are automatically added to Companies and People.

Data Providers#

The Data providers section allows you to configure the services used for lead data and enrichment.
The available providers are:
Lusha
Apollo
Sellora can use its built-in/default provider access for lead enrichment.

Connect Your Own Provider#

If your organisation already uses Lusha or Apollo, you can connect your existing account using your provider API key.

13.
Select Enrich selected.
14.
Review the enrichment results.
15.
Successfully enriched leads are automatically added to Companies and People.
16.
Open Sales Manager → Companies or People to review the created records.
This is a much better structure for your manual because Enrich settings defines what leads Sellora should pull, while User requests is where those requests and their enrichment results are managed.
There are still two parts I'd want to see before finalizing the Wizard documentation: the + New request screen and the Configure screen for Lusha/Apollo. Those will tell us exactly what manual lead creation and provider configuration require.
