Ask Nora

Ask Nora is Sellora AI's built-in AI assistant. It allows you to interact with your workspace in plain language and ask for help with sales, content, customer, and workspace-related tasks.

You can open Nora from the Ask Nora button in the top-right corner of Sellora AI.

Tip: Use Nora when you want fast assistance without manually navigating through multiple sections of the platform.

Access Ask Nora

To open Nora:

Go to the top-right corner of the Sellora AI interface.

Select Ask Nora.

The Ask Nora workspace will open.

The Ask Nora interface contains:

A New chat button

A chat history panel

Nora's conversation area

Suggested prompts

A message input field

An attachment option

A send button

Start a New Chat

Select + New chat to begin a new conversation with Nora.

Use a new chat when you want to start a separate topic or task.

Previous chats can appear in the left-side chat list, allowing you to return to earlier conversations when required.

Ask Nora in Plain Language

You can type requests to Nora in normal everyday language.

For example, you can ask Nora to:

Summarize recent activity

Show warm leads

Help prepare customer outreach

Draft sales content

Answer questions about your Sellora AI workspace

Help you understand customer or campaign information

Type your request into the Ask anything... field and send it.

Attach Files

The message area includes an attachment option.

Use this when you want to provide supporting material to Nora as part of your request.

Important: Only upload files that your organization is permitted to use in Sellora AI.

Conversation Area

The main conversation panel shows your messages and Nora's responses.

When no messages exist yet, the interface displays No messages yet and prompts you to ask something to start the conversation.

Continue a Conversation

After Nora responds, you can continue the same chat by sending another message.

This is useful when you want to:

Request more detail

Change the output

Ask Nora and Permissions

Nora can only work with the data and capabilities available to your Sellora AI account.

Your access may depend on your assigned role and organization permissions.

Select Ask Nora from the top-right corner.

Select + New chat if needed.

Type your question or task into the message field.

Attach a file if the task requires supporting information.

Send the request.

Review Nora's response.
