The Opportunities module under Sales Manager is where you create and manage deals as they progress through the sales pipeline in Sellora AI.When a person responds to a Campaign and the response represents a potential sales opportunity, Sellora AI automatically adds it to the Opportunities module. This allows campaign engagement to move directly into the sales pipeline for further follow-up and management.Opportunities can also be managed through either a visual Board view or a list-based Table view.
Tip: Review newly created opportunities after campaign responses and keep their stages and values up to date as the deals progress through the sales pipeline.
In Board view, opportunities are organized into the following stages:
New
Qualified
Meeting
Proposal
Negotiation
Closed Won
Closed Lost
Each stage displays the number of deals currently in that stage and their total value.Opportunity cards appear within the applicable stage and can show information such as:
The Open value near the top of the Opportunities page shows the combined value of open opportunities.In Board view, each pipeline stage also shows its current deal count and total value.Use this information to quickly understand the current state of the sales pipeline.
The Board view displays opportunities according to their current pipeline stage.Use the Board to visually review deals across:New → Qualified → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won / Closed LostYou can drag an opportunity card from one stage to another as the deal progresses.
Tip: Use Board when you want to visually manage the pipeline and quickly update the stage of a deal.
Select Table to display opportunities in a list-based view.The table provides the following information for each opportunity:
Opportunity – Name of the opportunity.
Company – Company associated with the opportunity.
Contact – Contact associated with the opportunity.
Amount – Current value of the opportunity.
Stage – Current pipeline stage, such as Meeting.
Date – Date associated with the opportunity, when available.
Actions – Available actions for the opportunity, including Delete.
The total Open opportunity value remains displayed at the top of the page.Use the Table view when you want to review and compare opportunity information in a compact list rather than by pipeline stage.
Tip: Use Board for visual pipeline management and Table for reviewing deal details in a structured list.
You can create a new opportunity from the Opportunities page.Select + New deal in the upper-right corner.In Board view, you can also select + Add deal within a pipeline stage.Complete the required deal information and save the opportunity.The new opportunity is then displayed in the applicable pipeline stage.
As a sales engagement progresses, update the opportunity's pipeline stage.In Board view:

Locate the required opportunity card.
2.
Drag the card from its current stage.
3.
Drop it into the appropriate new stage.
For example, an opportunity can progress through:New → Qualified → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed WonIf the opportunity does not proceed successfully, move it to Closed Lost.
Important: Keep stages current so the Opportunities Board provides an accurate representation of your sales pipeline.
Select a deal from the Board or Table view to open and review the opportunity.When you open a deal, Sellora AI displays the associated People profile together with the opportunity details.At the top of the page, you can review opportunity information such as:
Opportunity name
Current pipeline stage
Amount
Close date
You can also use Move stage to move the opportunity to another pipeline stage or Edit to update the opportunity.The associated person's profile is displayed below the opportunity information. This provides access to:
Personal Details
Timeline
Research
Docs
Call Logs
PlayBook
Notes
The profile can also show contact information such as the person's job title, company, country, city, email, phone number, lead source, ICP fit, and associated products or services.
Tip: Opening a deal gives you access to the associated People profile, allowing you to review the contact's details and previous sales context without leaving the opportunity workflow.
