The Organisation section under Organisation Intelligence stores the core information about your organization. This information provides Sellora AI with business context that can be used across sales, content, and outreach workflows.
From the left navigation menu, go to:Organisation Intelligence → OrganisationThe Organisation page displays the business information that was initially provided during onboarding and allows you to maintain and expand it.
Tip: Keep your organization information accurate and up to date so that Sellora AI has reliable business context when supporting your sales and content workflows.
The Organisation page provides access to your organisation's profile, identity, core details, and supporting documents.At the top of the page, you can view:
The Profile Completeness indicator is displayed in the upper-right area of the Organisation page.It shows the current completion percentage of the organisation profile.Use this indicator as a reference when reviewing whether additional organisation information may need to be completed.
Select the Overview tab to view and maintain the organisation's main profile information.The initial details entered during the sign-up and onboarding process are available here. You can review these details and update them when your organization information changes.
The Organisation Facts section contains key facts and structured information about your organization.Each available organisation fact can be edited individually.To update an organisation fact:

Open the Overview tab.

Open the Organisation Facts section.
3.
Locate the information you want to change.
4.
Select the corresponding Edit icon.
5.
Update the details.
6.
Save the changes.
This allows you to keep individual organisation facts accurate without having to recreate the entire organisation profile.
When no documents have been added, the page displays:No documents yetThe page prompts you to add PDFs, decks, or certificates to build your organisation's library.
Note: File-size limits, supported file extensions beyond those displayed in the interface, and document management options should be confirmed during testing before they are documented.
