14_Content_Library

Content Library#

The Content Library under Sales Manager is where you create, review, and manage content that Sellora AI can use for sales and outreach.
It includes:
AI-generated content created with Nora
Existing documents and assets uploaded to your workspace
Tip: Use clear titles, detailed descriptions, and relevant tags for uploaded assets. This helps Nora understand when and how the content should be used.

1. Access the Content Library#

From the left navigation menu, go to:
Sales Manager → Content Library

The Content Library contains two main areas:
Content creation
Your Content

Content Creation#

2. Content Creation#

Select Content creation to create a new sales or outreach asset with Nora.

The Content creation workspace includes:
New chat
Previous content creation chats
Nora, your AI operator
Content type
Type
Template selection
Message field
Generated content preview
Generation progress
Output files
Nora displays the message:
"Hi - describe what you'd like me to create. I'll draft it into Your Content."
This means content created through Nora is generated and then saved into the Your Content area of the Content Library.

3. Start a New Content Creation Chat#

Select + New chat from the left side of the Content creation workspace when you want to create a new asset.

Previous content creation conversations remain listed in the sidebar.

You can select an existing conversation to return to previous content creation work.

4. Select a Content Type#

Use the Content type menu to choose the format you want Nora to create.

Available content types include:
Presentation
Proposal
Flyer
Select the required option before continuing.
Note: The available content options, types, and templates can depend on the selected content type.

5. Select a Type#

After choosing a Content type, use the Type menu to select the specific type of content you want to create.

For example, when Presentation is selected, an available type can include:
Business sales proposal
The available Type options depend on the selected Content type.

6. Select a Template#

Before generating the content, select a template.
At the bottom of the message area, select:

Then choose:
Use Sellora template library
This opens the Sellora template library.

7. Sellora Template Library#

The Sellora template library provides pre-designed layouts that Nora can use when generating content.
The template library displays available templates for the selected content format.

Each template can display information such as:
Template preview
Template name
Number of pages
Page dimensions
For example:
Capability Pitch Deck - Theme 03
A template can provide two actions:
View – Preview the template before using it.

Select – Choose the template for the content you are creating.
To select a template:
1.
Select the required Content type.
2.
Select the required Type.
3.
Select Select a template.
4.
Select Use Sellora template library.
5.
Browse the available templates.
6.
Select View if you want to preview a template.
7.
Select Select to use the required template.
After selection, the chosen template is displayed in the content creation message area.

8. Describe What You Want Nora to Create#

Use the message field to describe the content you want Nora to create.
Provide useful information such as:
Purpose of the content
Product or service
Target audience
Main message
Important benefits
Supporting information
Call to action
Specific content requirements
You can provide your instructions in plain language.

The more relevant context you provide, the better Nora can prepare the content for its intended purpose.

9. Generate the Content#

After selecting the content type, type, and template, enter your instructions and send the request to Nora.
Nora then begins creating the asset.
During generation, a Progress panel is displayed on the right side of the workspace.

Nora May Ask Follow-up Questions#

After you send your content requirements, Nora may ask additional questions before beginning the generation process.
These questions are used to clarify important details that were not fully defined in your request.

Depending on the content being created, Nora may ask about:
The intended audience or company
The product or offer
The purpose of the content
Page size or format
How the content should close
Whether contact information or a physical address should be included
Other details required to complete the content accurately
Select the appropriate answers and then select Submit.
After the answers are submitted, Nora continues with the content creation process using the additional information provided.

Note: Follow-up questions are displayed only when Nora needs more information or clarification before creating the content.
Progress can include:
Getting set up...
Applying your brand...
Fetching your template...
Writing the content...
Researching on the web...
Waiting for your answers...
Designing the pages...
Rendering and checking...
Saving your document...
Completed steps are marked with a check.
Note: The exact generation steps can vary depending on the content being created.

10. Review the Generated Content#

During and after generation, the generated content is displayed in the conversation area.
This allows you to review the content Nora has prepared.

When generation is complete, Nora can also provide a summary explaining what was created, including relevant assumptions or content decisions.
The generated file appears in the Output section.
For example, a generated flyer can appear as a PDF output.

11. Request Changes#

After the content is generated, review the result.
Use the field:
Reply, or ask for a change...
to tell Nora what you want to modify.
You can request changes to areas such as:
Messaging
Wording
Structure
Audience focus
Content emphasis
Call to action
Other content details
Continue the conversation with Nora until the content meets your requirements.

12. Generated Output#

When content generation is complete, the generated asset appears under Output.

The output displays the generated file and its format.
For example:

You can select the generated file to review it.

The completed file can also appear directly within Nora's response.

Your Content#

13. Your Content#

Select Your Content at the top of the Content Library to review the assets available in your workspace.

The page describes this area as:
Official documents, images, posts, and AI-drafted assets for outreach.
This area contains both:
AI-generated content
Manually uploaded content
Content created through Nora is saved into Your Content after generation.

14. Content Summary#

At the top of Your Content, Sellora AI displays a summary of the content currently available.

Categories can include:
Items
Documents
Images
Posts
This provides a quick overview of the assets stored in the Content Library.

15. Search and Filter Content#

Use Search your content... to locate an asset.

You can also narrow the displayed content using filters such as:
All types
All sources
The content table displays information such as:
Name
Type
Added by
Date
Size
AI-generated assets can also display an AI indicator.

16. Open and Review Content#

Select an asset from Your Content to open its content viewer.

For supported documents, the viewer can display a preview of the generated or uploaded file.
The content viewer can also provide information about the asset, including:
Description
Generated by
Date
Type
Other available file details
For AI-generated content, the description can contain information provided by Nora about what was generated and the assumptions used during creation.

Manage Content#

Each asset in Your Content provides additional actions from the More options (...) menu.
Select the More options (...) icon for the required asset.

Available actions include:
View — open the asset to review its content and details.
Delete — remove the asset from Your Content.

View Content#

Select View to open the asset in the content viewer.

From the viewer, you can review the file together with the available content details and description.

Delete Content#

Select Delete when the asset is no longer required.

A Delete file? confirmation window is displayed before the file is permanently removed.

The confirmation message indicates that the deletion cannot be undone.
Important: Confirm that the content is no longer needed before deleting it, especially if it is being used for sales or outreach activities.

17. Content Viewer Actions#

When reviewing an asset, available actions can include:
View the content
Review its description
Download the file
Delete the file
Close the viewer
Use the Download icon when you want to save a copy of the asset outside Sellora AI.
Use the Delete icon when the content should be removed.
Important: Confirm that an asset is no longer required before deleting it.

Adding Existing Content#

18. Add Existing Content#

You can also add content that was created outside Sellora AI.
From Your Content, select:
+ Add content

The Add your content panel opens.

The panel is used to add an asset that Sellora can use in outreach.

19. Upload a File#

The File field is required.

Either:
Drag a file into the upload area, or
Click the upload area to browse for a file
Supported formats displayed in the interface include:
PDF
TXT
JPEG
PNG
GIF
WEBP
The displayed maximum file size is:
25 MB
Important: Check the upload interface for the currently supported file formats and file-size limit because these can change.

20. Add a Title#

The Title field is required.
Enter a clear title that makes the content easy to identify.
For example:
Healthcare compliance one-pager
Use meaningful titles so users and Nora can understand what the asset contains.

21. Add a Detailed Description#

The Detailed description field is required.
Describe:
What the content is
When it should be used
Who it is intended for
The key message
The interface explains:
The more detail, the better the AI uses it in outreach.
A clear description helps Nora select the appropriate asset for the right contact.
Tip: Avoid generic descriptions. Provide enough information for Nora to understand the asset's purpose, audience, and intended use.

22. Add Tags#

Use the Tags field to add relevant tags to the asset.
Tags are entered as comma-separated values.
Tags can describe areas such as:
Product
Industry
Audience
Campaign
Content purpose
Topic
For example:
logistics, product, flyer, operations, sales
Tags can make content easier to organize and understand.

23. Add the Asset to Your Content#

After entering the required information:
1.
Attach the correct file.
2.
Enter a Title.
3.
Enter a Detailed description.
4.
Add relevant Tags, if required.
5.
Select Add to your content.
The asset is then added to Your Content and can be used as part of your sales and outreach workflows.

Using Content for Outreach#

24. Using Content for Outreach#

The Content Library stores assets that Sellora AI can use during outreach.
Both AI-created and manually uploaded content can provide supporting material for sales engagement.
For uploaded assets, providing useful metadata is particularly important.
The Title, Detailed description, and Tags help Nora understand:
What the asset contains
Who the asset is intended for
When the asset should be used
Which outreach situations it is relevant to
This helps Nora choose appropriate content for the appropriate contact.

Typical AI Content Creation Workflow#

A typical AI content creation workflow is:
1.
Open Sales Manager → Content Library.
2.
Select Content creation.
3.
Select + New chat.
4.
Select a Content type.
5.
Select the required Type.
6.
Select Select a template.
7.
Select Use Sellora template library.
8.
Browse the available templates.
9.
Select View to preview a template if required.
10.
Select Select to choose the template.
11.
Describe what you want Nora to create.
12.
Send the request.
13.
Review the generation Progress.
14.
Review the generated content.
15.
Ask Nora for changes if required.
16.
Review the generated file under Output.
17.
Open Your Content to access the saved asset.
18.
Select the asset when you want to preview, review, or download it.

Typical Existing Content Workflow#

To add an asset that has already been created:
1.
Open Sales Manager → Content Library.
2.
Select Your Content.
3.
Select + Add content.
4.
Drag a file into the upload area or browse for it.
5.
Enter a Title.
6.
Enter a Detailed description.
7.
Add relevant Tags.
8.
Select Add to your content.
9.
Confirm that the asset appears in the content list.
