The Campaigns module under Sales Manager is where you can create, manage, and review sales campaigns in Sellora AI.Campaigns allow you to define the campaign objective, select the target audience, choose the products or services being promoted, and create the sequence that Sellora AI will use for outreach.
Go to Sales Manager → Campaigns.The Campaigns page displays the campaigns available in your workspace.Campaign information can include:
Campaign name
Campaign ID
Status
Objective
Audience
Emails sent
Calls made
Opportunities
Use Search campaigns to find an existing campaign or select + New campaign to create a new one.Select Refresh when you want to refresh the campaign list and its latest information.
Use Awareness + follow-up when the campaign is focused on building awareness and continuing with follow-up activities.When Awareness + follow-up is selected, an additional question is displayed:How well do your contacts know you?Select one of the following:
Contacts know my brand – start with calling
I'm new – send several emails to start
Your selection helps Sellora AI determine how the outreach sequence should begin.
Use Multi-touch (email + call) when the campaign should combine both email and call activities within the outreach sequence.When Multi-touch (email + call) is selected, the following question is also displayed:How well do your contacts know you?Select one of the following:
Contacts know my brand – start with calling
I'm new – send several emails to start
Your selection helps determine whether the sequence should begin with calling or with several emails.
Note: The How well do your contacts know you? question is displayed for Awareness + follow-up and Multi-touch (email + call). It is not displayed for Email outreach + follow-up or Call outreach + follow-up.
Enter what the campaign is intended to achieve.Use this field to provide Sellora AI with clear context about the campaign goal, such as introducing a product, building awareness, starting conversations, or securing meetings.
Select the products, solutions, or services associated with the campaign.You can select an individual product or use All when the campaign applies to all available products and services.
Files can also be attached to individual campaign steps.Depending on the campaign sequence, attachment areas such as the following may be available:

Step 2 attachment
Use these areas when a particular file should be associated with a specific outreach step.When the setup information is complete, select Next: choose audience.
Select People when you want to add specific contacts to the campaign.The People table can display:
Name
Job title
Company
Email
ICP
Use Search people to find a contact.Select the required person or people from the table to add them to the campaign audience.The selected count is displayed above the table.
Select Companies when you want to build the campaign audience using company records.Choose the required companies and the applicable positions you want to target within those companies.
When targeting by industry, you can optionally use Narrow by region to further refine the audience.You can select one or more available countries, regions, or locations.
Select Region when the campaign should primarily target contacts based on geographic location.Choose the required region criteria and applicable audience information before continuing.
Important: Review the audience carefully before continuing. The selected audience determines who will receive the campaign outreach.
Select Use my own sequence when you want to manually define the outreach steps.Select + Add step to create a new sequence step.For each step, configure the required information.This can include:
The activity type available for each sequence step depends on the Objective selected during campaign setup:
If the objective is Email outreach + follow-up, you can add Email steps only.
If the objective is Call outreach + follow-up, you can add Call steps only.
If the objective is Multi-touch (email + call) or Awareness + followup , you can add either Email or Call steps.
Important: For Multi-touch (email + call) and Awareness + followup campaigns, select the appropriate activity type for each step to build a sequence that combines email and call outreach.
Use What not to say to define messaging, statements, or approaches that should be avoided during the outreach step.Additional steps can be added as required to build the complete campaign sequence.
Select Generate by AI when you want Sellora AI to create the campaign sequence for you instead of defining each step manually.Sellora AI uses the available campaign context to prepare a sequence tailored to the campaign.This can include:
Before generating the sequence, select the required Time period.The time period determines the duration across which Sellora AI prepares the campaign sequence.After selecting the time period, select Generate.
After you select Generate, Nora reads the campaign brief and prepares a sequence tailored to the campaign.A Generating... status is displayed while the sequence is being created.Wait for the generation process to complete before reviewing the sequence.
Review each generated step and update the information when required.You can adjust the timing, step details, description, and messaging guidance before saving the campaign.
If you want Sellora AI to create a different version of the sequence, select Regenerate.Sellora AI will generate the sequence again using the selected time period and available campaign context.
Tip: Review all AI-generated steps before creating the campaign to make sure the sequence, timing, and messaging are appropriate for the selected audience and campaign objective.
When you are satisfied with the generated sequence, select Create campaign.
After you select Create campaign, Sellora AI creates the campaign and automatically opens the campaign details page.The newly created campaign is initially shown with a Draft status. Creating the campaign does not start the outreach automatically.From the campaign details page, you can review the campaign information before starting it.
Before starting the campaign, review the campaign details and make sure the audience, sequence, messaging, responsible person, and other campaign information are correct.If changes are required, select Edit campaign and update the campaign before starting it.
A newly created campaign remains in Draft until you start it.To start the campaign:

Review the campaign details.
2.
Make any required changes using Edit campaign.
3.
Select Start campaign.
4.
Complete any confirmation displayed by Sellora AI.
Once the campaign is started, Sellora AI can begin executing the configured campaign sequence.
Important: Creating a campaign does not automatically begin outreach. You must select Start campaign before the campaign becomes active and its configured outreach sequence can begin.
Important: When you start the campaign, you cant edit the campaign.
When you select a campaign, Sellora AI opens the campaign details page.The page provides an overview of the campaign configuration, audience, execution, and results.Depending on the campaign, the page can include:
The Execution plan displays the people included in the campaign and the progress of their campaign steps.Select a person when you want to review their campaign touchpoints.Use Plan steps to review the steps associated with the execution plan.The execution status can also show how many steps have been completed for a contact.
The Audience section shows who the campaign is targeting.Depending on the targeting method used during campaign creation, this can relate to People, Companies, Industry, or Region criteria.
The Aim of this campaign section displays the campaign objective entered during the Setup stage.Use this section to quickly understand what the campaign is intended to achieve.
The Campaign message & content section displays the messaging instructions and context associated with the campaign.This can include the overall positioning, communication approach, personalization guidance, and other instructions used for campaign outreach.
An active campaign provides controls for managing its execution.Depending on the current campaign state, controls can include:
Pause
Stop
Delete
Use Pause when you want to temporarily pause campaign activity.Use Stop when you want to stop the campaign.Delete a CampaignUse the Delete icon when the campaign record should be permanently removed from Sellora AI.To delete a campaign:
1.
Open the required campaign.
2.
Select the Delete icon.
3.
A Delete campaign? confirmation window is displayed.
4.
Review the confirmation message carefully.
5.
Select Delete campaign to permanently remove the campaign.
If you do not want to continue with the deletion, select Cancel to close the confirmation window and keep the campaign.
Important: Deleting a campaign is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure the campaign is no longer required before selecting Delete campaign.
Important: Review the campaign status and activity before stopping or deleting a campaign.
After campaigns have been created, they are displayed on the main Campaigns page.The campaign list provides a quick overview of campaign activity, including the audience and outreach results.Select a campaign to open its full campaign details.
For a Multi-touch (email + call) campaign, specify how well the contacts know your brand.

Select the applicable Products, solutions & services.

Add campaign Material or step attachments when required.

Select Next: choose audience.

Choose Industry, People, Companies, or Region under Target by.

Configure and review the campaign audience.
13.
Continue to Plan.
14.
Enter the Campaign message.
15.
Select Use my own sequence or Generate by AI.
16.
Configure the required Email and Call steps when creating your own sequence.
17.
Complete the campaign setup.
18.
Open the campaign from the Campaigns page to review its details, execution plan, audience, and results.
Tip: Review the campaign setup, audience, message, and sequence carefully before starting outreach. These settings determine who the campaign targets and how Sellora AI approaches those contacts.
