12_Outreach

Outreach#

The Outreach module under Sales Manager is where you review and
manage sales outreach activity in Sellora AI.
Outreach works with Campaigns, People, Companies, and your
configured outreach channels.
Tip: Before beginning outreach, make sure contact information and Outreach Settings are correctly configured.

Access Outreach#

Go to Sales Manager → Outreach.

Review Outreach Activity#

The Outreach page displays sales engagement activity across your contacts.

The table can include information such as:
Date
Time
Channel
Campaign
Contact viability
Performed by
Contact name
Company
Email
Phone number
Product
Use Search outreach... to find specific outreach records.
Select Refresh to update the displayed outreach activity.

Group Outreach Records#

Outreach records can be grouped using the available view options:

Expand a group to review the individual outreach activities associated with it.

Open a Contact from Outreach#

Select an individual outreach activity row to open the profile of the person associated with that activity.
You are taken directly to that person's People profile, where you can review the complete contact information and related sales activity.
From the person's profile, you can access:
Personal Details
Timeline
Research
Docs
Call logs
PlayBook
This allows you to move directly from an outreach activity to the relevant contact and review their full context before continuing with follow-up activity.
Tip: Use the Outreach table to identify an activity, then open its row when you need more information about the person associated with that outreach.

Before Using Outreach#

Complete the relevant setup:
1.
Add or synchronize Companies and People.
2.
Confirm contacts have the required email addresses or phone details.
3.
Complete Organisation and Products & Services information.
4.
Configure Brand Guidelines.
5.
Review Administration → Outreach Settings.
6.
Create the required campaign under Sales Manager → Campaigns.
Important: Available outreach options depend on the campaign and
configuration in your workspace.

Outreach and Campaigns#

Campaigns define the audience and outreach approach.
Campaign approaches include:
Email
Call
Multi-touch
After configuring a campaign, use the related outreach workflow to manage sales engagement.

Email Outreach#

Before email outreach:
1.
Review Administration → Outreach Settings.
2.
Confirm the required email configuration is available.
3.
Check that target People have valid email information.
4.
Review the campaign audience and messaging.
5.
Continue with the configured outreach workflow.

Call Outreach#

Before call outreach:
1.
Review calling configuration under Outreach Settings.
2.
Confirm the target person has the required phone information.
3.
Review the person's notes, timeline, research, and playbook when
useful.
4.
Continue with the configured call workflow.

Typical Outreach Workflow#

1.
Create a campaign.
2.
After end the campaign.
3.
Open Sales Manager → Outreach to review sales engagement activity.

Why is Outreach Important?#

Outreach connects campaign planning with sales engagement. Together with
the other Sales Manager modules, it helps you:
Work with campaign-driven sales activity.
Use People and Company context.
Support email and call engagement.
Review contact history.
Review call activity.
Use AI research and playbooks before engagement.
Maintain customer-related documents and notes.
