Sellora Labs - Testing#

The Sellora Labs - Testing area allows you to explore and test selected Sellora AI capabilities before enabling the wider platform features.
Sellora Labs provides a testing environment where you can try available functionality and become familiar with how Sellora AI works before activating your organization's promo code.
Important: Complete your required testing in Sellora Labs - Testing before applying the promo code. After the promo code is applied and the wider Sellora AI features are activated, the Testing widget is no longer available in the workspace.
Before applying the promo code, use Sellora Labs to test the available workflows,

Depending on your organization's current access, Sellora Labs may be available while some Sales Manager or Administration features are still locked.

What Can You Test?#

Sellora Labs provides two testing workflows:
Fast Campaign
Content Creation
These testing workflows allow you to explore outreach and content-generation functionality before using the wider Sellora AI sales workflow.

Fast Campaign#

The Fast Campaign area in Sellora Labs allows you to test Sellora's calling and email outreach functionality with a single receiver before using the regular campaign workflow.
Fast Campaign is intended for testing only.
The interface states:
Send trial calls and emails to a single receiver. No campaign is created - this is for testing only.
This allows you to experience how Sellora communicates with a prospect without creating a live campaign.
To access it:
1.
Open Sellora Labs → Testing.
2.
Select the Fast Campaign tab.
The Fast Campaign workflow contains three steps:
1.
Receiver
2.
Product & context
3.
Send a test

Step 1: Receiver#

The Receiver step identifies the person who will receive the test call or email.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 18.20.15.png
Enter the receiver's information.
The required fields shown in the interface are:
First name
Last name
Phone
Email
Role
Company name
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Phone Number#

For the receiver's phone number, select the appropriate country code and enter the phone number.
Make sure the number belongs to the intended test receiver before proceeding.

Email Address#

Enter the email address that should receive the test email.
Because Fast Campaign can send real test communications, verify the receiver's contact details carefully.
After completing the receiver information, continue to Product & context.

Step 2: Product & Context#

The Product & context step defines what Sellora should pitch and what outcome the test communication should aim to achieve.
Screenshot 2026-08-09 at 18.18.33.png
This step contains three main areas:
Product
Expected Outcome
Notes

Product#

Use the Product field to select the product that you want Sellora to pitch during the test.
The product is selected from the available products configured for the organization.
After selecting a product, its Description is displayed below the Product field.
Review the description to make sure Sellora has the correct product context before sending the test communication.

Change the Product Description#

A Change description option is available next to the displayed product description.
Use this option when the description needs to be adjusted for the test.
Tip: Review the product description before continuing because it provides context about what is being pitched.

Expected Outcome#

The Expected Outcome area defines the goal of the test call or email.
Under What's the aim?, provide information describing what you want the communication to achieve.
Use this field to give Sellora a clear objective for the test interaction.

Notes#

The Notes field provides optional additional context for the message.
Use Notes to give Sellora further instructions about how the communication should be handled.
The interface identifies Notes as optional context for the message.
Tip: Use Expected Outcome to define what you want to achieve, and Notes to provide additional guidance about how the message should approach the receiver.
After reviewing the Product, Expected Outcome, and Notes, continue to Send a test.

Step 3: Send a Test#

The Send a test step allows you to send a real test communication using the information configured in the previous steps.
