5_Products & Services

Products & Services#

The Products & Services section under Org Intelligence is where you create and manage the products, solutions, and services offered by your organization.
The information stored here can be used throughout Sellora AI, including lead targeting, campaigns, customer records, content creation, and other sales workflows.

Access Products & Services#

From the left navigation menu, go to:
Org Intelligence → Products & Services

The page provides two ways to view your products and services:
Dashboard View
Table View
Use the view that is most convenient for reviewing and managing your product catalogue.
Tip: Add complete product information before configuring lead targeting or campaigns. This gives Sellora AI better context about what you are selling and who each product is intended for.
At the top of the page, you can review:

Products — the total number of products and services currently configured.
Active — the number of products and services currently marked as active.
Products & Services Readiness — an indicator showing the current completion level of your Products & Services information.

Dashboard View#

The Dashboard View provides a visual card-based view of the products and services stored in Sellora AI.

Each product card can display key information such as:
Product name
Product type
Status
Description
Industry
Target industry
Target company size
Target revenue range
Target region
Select a product card to open its product profile and review the complete product information.
Use the More options (...) menu on a product card to access additional available actions.
Tip: Use Dashboard View when you want to quickly browse products and see their main targeting information at a glance.

Table View#

The Table View displays the same products and services in a structured table, making it easier to compare multiple products.

The table can display:
Product
Industry
Target Industry
Target Regions
Target Company Size
Target Revenue Range
Pricing
Status
Use the More options (...) menu at the end of a product row to access additional available actions.
You can switch between Dashboard and Table at any time depending on how you want to review your product catalogue.
Tip: Use Table View when you need to compare product and target-market information across multiple offerings.

Product Actions#

The More options (...) menu allows you to manage the status of a product or remove it from Sellora AI.
The menu is available from both the Dashboard View product cards and the Table View product rows.

To access the available actions:
1.
Locate the required product.
2.
Select the More options (...) icon.
3.
Choose the required action.
The available actions can include:
Discontinue
Delete

Discontinue a Product#

Select Discontinue when the product or service is no longer actively offered but you do not want to delete its record.

To discontinue a product:
1.
Locate the required product.
2.
Select the More options (...) icon.
3.
Select Discontinue.
4.
Complete any confirmation displayed by Sellora AI.
The product is no longer treated as an active product after it has been discontinued.
Tip: Use Discontinue instead of Delete when you want to retain the product information while indicating that the offering is no longer active.

Delete a Product#

Select Delete when you want to permanently remove a product from Products & Services.
To delete a product:
1.
Locate the required product.
2.
Select the More options (...) icon.
3.
Select Delete.

The Delete product? confirmation window opens.

5.
Review the confirmation message. The selected product and all of its details will be permanently removed.
6.
Select Delete to confirm.
Select Cancel if you do not want to delete the product.
Important: Deleting a product permanently removes the product and all of its details. If the product is simply no longer being offered but you want to keep its information, consider using Discontinue instead.

Add a Product#

Your initial product may already be available under Products & Services as part of the organization setup.

To add another product or service:
1.
Open Org Intelligence → Products & Services.
2.
Select Add Product.

3.
Enter the product information.
4.
Define the target market.
5.
Save the product.
After the product has been created, it appears in the Products & Services area.

Product Information#

When creating a product, provide its core information, including:
Name
Description
Industry
The name identifies the product or service, while the description explains what it offers and how it provides value to customers.

Product Target Market#

When creating a product, you can also define its target market.

Target market information includes:
Regions
Company size
Revenue range
Applicable positions
These fields describe the types of organizations and decision-makers the product is intended for.

Industry#

Select the industries that are relevant to the product or service.

Regions#

Specify the geographical markets where the product is applicable.

Company Size#

Define the organization sizes that are suitable targets for the product.

Revenue Range#

Select the appropriate revenue ranges for target companies.

Applicable Positions#

Specify the job roles or positions that are most relevant to the product.
Important: Product target market information can be used when defining lead targeting criteria, so keep these details accurate.

View a Product#

After adding a product, it appears in the Products & Services interface.
Important: Select a product to open its detailed product profile.

The product profile allows you to review the information previously entered and add further product intelligence.

Edit the Product Description#

Inside a product profile, the existing product information is displayed.

To update the description:
1.
Open the required product.
2.
Locate the product description.
3.
Select the Edit icon.

Update the description.
5.
Save the changes.
This allows the product description to evolve as your offering changes.

Key Facts#

The Key Facts section displays the core details recorded for the product or service.

It can include:
Type — identifies whether the offering is a product or another supported type.
Industry — shows the industry associated with the offering.
Pricing model — shows how the product or service is priced.
Price — displays the recorded product price.
Launched — shows the product or service launch date.
If a value has not been configured, it is displayed as -.
To update these details, select the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the Key Facts section.
Update the required fields and select Save changes.

Tip: Complete the available Key Facts to maintain an accurate and useful product profile.

Unique Selling Points#

You can add and manage the product's Unique Selling Points (USPs).

Use this section to describe the key characteristics, benefits, or advantages that differentiate the product from competing alternatives.
Clear USPs provide stronger context for sales messaging, campaigns, and content creation.
To update the Unique Selling Points:
1.
Select the Edit icon in the Unique Selling Points section.

Add, remove, or update the required selling points.
3.
Select Save changes to apply the updates.
Tip: Keep your USPs clear and specific, focusing on the strongest reasons a customer would choose your product.

Marketable Points#

You can add and manage Marketable Points for the product.

Marketable Points capture important product messages, benefits, or positioning statements that can be used in campaigns, sales materials, content creation, and customer conversations.
To update the Marketable Points:
1.
Select the Edit icon in the Marketable Points section.

Add, remove, or update the required points.
3.
Select Save changes to apply the updates.
Tip: Keep Marketable Points focused on customer-facing benefits and messages that can be easily used in sales and marketing communication.

Product Visuals#

The Product Visuals section allows you to add and manage visual assets associated with the product.
Product visuals provide additional context for the offering and keep relevant product assets together with the product information.

Add a Product Visual#

To add a product visual:
1.
Open the Product Visuals section.
2.
Select Add Product Visual.

3.
In the Add visual window, drag a file into the upload area or select the area to browse for a file.
4.
Select the required file.
5.
Enter a Title for the visual.
6.
Save the visual to the product profile.
The upload area supports the file types displayed by Sellora AI, including:
JPEG
PNG
GIF
WEBP
PDF
TXT
Both the File and Title fields are required.
Tip: Add clear and relevant product images and other supporting visual assets that accurately represent the product and can be used as context for sales and content-related activities.

Target Market Tab#

Select Target Market inside the product profile to review the targeting information associated with the product.

The target market details entered during initial product creation are already available here.
You can edit these details if your target market changes.
Target market information can include:
Industry
Regions
Company size
Revenue range
Applicable positions
Tip: Review the Target Market section periodically so lead generation and campaign targeting continue to reflect your current go-to-market strategy.

Documents#

The Documents tab allows you to add and manage files and collateral related to the product or service.

Use this section to build a central library of supporting product materials, such as:
Product documentation
Product information files
Sales and marketing collateral
Supporting reference documents
Other relevant product files

Add a Document#

To add supporting material:
1.
Open the Documents tab in the product profile.
2.
Select + Add document.

3.
Choose and upload the required document.
4.
Complete the upload process.
Once added, the document becomes part of the product's document library.
If no files have been uploaded yet, the section displays No documents yet.
Tip: Keep relevant product documentation and collateral attached to the product so supporting information is organised and easy to maintain.

Return to Products & Services#

After reviewing or updating the product, you can return to the main Products & Services interface.
Select ← All products at the top-left of the product profile.

This returns you to Org Intelligence → Products & Services, where you can:
View all products and services.
Switch between Dashboard and Table views.
Open another product or service.
Add a new product or service.
Continue managing your product catalogue.
Tip: Use All products whenever you want to leave the current product profile and return to the main Products & Services page.

Why are Products & Services Important?#

The Products & Services section provides Sellora AI with structured information about what your organization sells.
Maintaining complete product information helps:
Define the target market for each product.
Support lead generation and enrichment targeting.
Associate products with companies and people.
Select relevant products when creating campaigns.
Provide product context for AI-assisted content creation.
Maintain consistent sales messaging.
Store product documentation and visuals in one place.
Together with Organisation and Brand Guidelines, Products & Services forms an important part of your organization's intelligence inside Sellora AI.
