The Audit Logs section provides a detailed record of actions performed across your Sellora AI organization.Audit Logs help administrators and authorized users track activity, identify who performed an action, review changes, and investigate events within the workspace.
Tip: Use Audit Logs to understand what happened in your organization, who performed the action, when it occurred, and whether the action was successful.
Shows which fields were modified during an applicable action.For example, an update may identify fields such as configuration values or an opportunity stage.A - can appear when there are no changed fields to display for the event.
Displays information about the browser or client associated with the action.The User Agent can provide additional technical information about the environment from which the action was performed.
Provides additional information describing the recorded event.Use the description together with the Action and Entity fields to better understand what occurred.
Use Search audit logs to locate relevant audit records.Search can help narrow the displayed activity when reviewing a particular event or set of records.
Use the All actions filter to narrow records based on the type of action performed.For example, this can help when reviewing create, update, or delete activity.
Use the All statuses filter to narrow records based on the recorded result of an action.This can help separate successful activity from other available statuses.
Use the All users filter to narrow audit records to activity associated with a particular user.This is useful when investigating actions performed by a specific organization member.
Tip: Combine search and filters to narrow a large audit history to the activity most relevant to your investigation.
Supported table columns include sorting controls.Select the sorting control next to a supported column heading to change the order in which records are displayed.For example, sorting Date and Time can help you move between newer and older recorded activity.
When the organization contains more audit records than can be displayed on one page, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table.The page displays:
The range of records currently being shown.
The total number of available audit records.
The number of Rows displayed per page.
The current page and total number of pages.
Prev and Next controls.
Use Rows to change the number of records displayed on each page.Use Prev and Next to move between pages of audit activity.
Audit records can show activity related to CRM connections and CRM synchronization.Review the Action, Entity, User, Date and Time, and Description to understand the recorded CRM activity.
Changes to supported opportunity information can appear in the Audit Log.For example, an update can identify stage as a changed field when an opportunity's stage is modified.
Use DELETE actions to review recorded deletion activity.The associated Entity, User, and Date and Time can help identify what was deleted and who performed the action.
