Connected Tools#

The Connected Tools section under Administration is where you connect Sellora AI with supported external CRM platforms.
Connected tools allow CRM data to synchronize with your Sellora AI workspace so existing customer and contact information can be used throughout the sales workflow.
Tip: If your organization already manages companies and contacts in another CRM, connect the CRM before manually creating the same records in Sellora AI.

Connected Tools#

From the left navigation menu, go to:
Administration → Connected Tools
Screenshot 2026-08-11 at 13.06.09.png

Salesforce Credentials#

The Salesforce connection requires the following information:
Instance URL
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
All three fields are required.

Instance URL#

Enter your Salesforce My Domain URL in the Instance URL field.
The field begins with:
https://
Enter the remaining Salesforce domain for your organization.
For example:
https://your-domain.my.salesforce.com
Important: Enter your Salesforce My Domain URL rather than an email address or other account identifier.

Consumer Key#

Enter the Consumer Key from your Salesforce Connected App.
You can find the Consumer Key in Salesforce under:
Setup → App Manager → Your Connected App → Manage Consumer Details
The Salesforce Connected App must have the Client Credentials flow enabled with a run-as user.

Confirm that the Consumer Key is entered correctly.

If you want to return to the integration list without completing the connection, select Back to tools.
After Salesforce is successfully connected, return to Connected Tools and review its connection and synchronization status.

CRM Connection Status#

After HubSpot is successfully connected, its status changes to Synced.
Screenshot 2026-08-11 at 13.21.00.png
The integration can display information such as:
Synchronization status
Number of synchronized contacts
When the connection was last checked
The summary at the top of the Connected Tools page is also updated. For example, a successfully connected and active HubSpot integration can increase both Connected and Syncing live.
Once a CRM is connected, Sellora AI supports synchronization of lead information between Sellora AI and the connected CRM.
Lead information can be synchronized in both directions:
Sellora AI → CRM: Leads available in Sellora AI can be synchronized to the connected CRM. These records are managed under Companies and People in Sellora AI.
CRM → Sellora AI: Leads available in the connected CRM can be synchronized into Sellora AI and become available under Companies and People.

CRM Data in Sellora AI#

Synchronized CRM information can become available in relevant Sellora AI sales areas, including:

A connected CRM can be disconnected when the integration is no longer required.
From the Connected Tools page, use the disconnect Icon displayed on the connected CRM card.
Screenshot 2026-08-11 at 13.35.50.png
A confirmation window is displayed before the integration is disconnected.
Screenshot 2026-08-11 at 13.39.21.png

Existing records will not be deleted.
To continue:
1.
Select the disconnect option for the connected CRM.

Review the confirmation message.
3.
Select Disconnect.

To reconnect it:
1.
Locate the CRM on the Connected Tools page.

Use Connected Tools when your organization already has relevant companies and contacts stored in a supported CRM.
