18_Manage Account & Organization Settings

Settings#

Sellora AI provides settings for managing your personal account and your organisation.
The settings available from the account menu include:
Manage Account
Organization settings
Log out
Organization settings provide additional controls for:
Billing
Teams
Members
Permissions
Important: Some organisation settings and actions may depend on your assigned role and permissions.

Access Settings#

To access your account and organisation settings:
1.
Select your profile area at the bottom of the left navigation menu.

The account menu opens.

Select the required option:
Manage Account
Organization settings
Log out
The account menu also displays your current organisation and plan.

Manage Account#

Select Manage Account from the account menu to manage your personal Sellora AI account.

The Manage account page contains:
General
Account

General#

The General tab contains your profile and password settings.

Profile#

The Profile section displays your:

Profile image
Name
Email address
First name
Last name
Your email address is displayed with your profile information, while the available name fields can be updated.

Update Your Profile#

1.
Open the account menu.
2.
Select Manage Account.
3.
Open General.
4.
Update your First name or Last name.
5.
Select Save changes.

Profile Photo#

The profile area includes a camera control for your profile image.
Use this control when you want to update the photo associated with your Sellora AI profile.

Password#

The Password section allows you to change the password used to sign in.

The following fields are provided:
Current password
New password
Confirm new password

Change Your Password#

1.
Open Manage Account → General.
2.
Enter your current password.
3.
Enter your new password.
4.
Re-enter the new password in Confirm new password.
5.
Select Update password.
The eye icons beside the password fields can be used to show or hide the entered password.
Important: Make sure the value entered in Confirm new password matches your new password before updating it.

Account#

The Account tab contains account-level actions, including account deletion.

Delete Your Account#

Sellora AI provides an option to permanently delete your account and its associated data.

When you start the deletion process, Sellora AI displays a confirmation dialog explaining that:
Your account is permanently deleted.
You are signed out of all devices.
All of your data is removed from the systems.
The action cannot be undone or recovered.
To confirm deletion, you must type the email address shown in the confirmation dialog.

Confirm Account Deletion#

1.
Open Manage Account → Account.
2.
Start the account deletion process.
3.
Review the Before you continue warning carefully.

4.
Type the displayed email address into the confirmation field.
5.
Select Delete my account.
Select Cancel or close the dialog if you do not want to continue.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone or recovered.

Organization Settings#

Select Organization settings from the account menu to manage your organisation.

The Organization settings page contains four tabs:
Billing
Teams
Members
Permissions

Billing#

The Billing tab provides information about your organisation's plan and credit usage.

Your Plan#

The Your plan section can display:

Current plan
Subscription status
Available credits
Monthly allocation
Payment method
For example, an organisation on the Free starter plan may show that there is no subscription or payment card on file.

Promo Code#

The Billing page provides a Promo code section.

Promo codes can be used to add credits and unlock paid features when applicable.
Important: Complete any required testing before connecting your promo key. Once the promo key is connected and the wider workspace is activated, the Testing widget is no longer displayed.
Important: To obtain a promo key, you need to request to the Sellora AI Support Team. Once the promo key has been provided, you can enter.

Apply a Promo Code#

1.
Open Organization settings → Billing.
2.
Locate Have a promo code?
3.
Enter your 20-character promo code.
4.
Select Apply code.
The page can also display how many promo codes have already been used.

Credit Usage#

The Credit usage section provides a visual overview of credits consumed by the organisation.

The page displays the number of credits used for the period shown and provides different views:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Use these options to review credit consumption over different periods.
Tip: Check Available credits together with Credit usage to understand your organisation's current credit position.

Teams#

The Teams tab allows you to create and manage teams within your organisation.

Teams group members so you can scope:
Work
Permissions
Reporting
If no teams have been created, the page displays No teams yet.

Create a Team#

1.
Open Organization settings → Teams.

Select New team.

Enter the required Name.
4.
Review or enter the Slug.
5.
Optionally enter a Description.
6.
Select Create team.

Name#

Enter the name used to identify the team.
For example:
Growth marketing

Slug#

The team slug is used in URLs and references.
The slug supports:
Lowercase characters
Alphanumeric characters
Hyphens
For example:
growth-marketing

Description#

Use the Description field to explain what the team does.
The description supports up to 280 characters.
Tip: Use a clear team name and description so organisation members can easily understand the team's purpose.

Members#

The Members tab displays everyone in the organisation, including the owner.

The member list contains information such as:
Member
Team
Email
Access
The Access column shows the member's assigned role, such as Owner.

Add Members#

Select Add member to invite people to your organisation.
The invitation form contains:
Team
Emails
Role

Team#

Team assignment is optional.
You can select an existing team or leave the member assigned to No team.
If No team is selected, the person joins the organisation and can be added to a team later.

Emails#

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
Press Enter or enter a comma to add an address as an invitation entry.
Added entries can be removed using the × on the corresponding tag.

Role#

Select the access role the invited member should have.

Send Invitations#

1.
Open Organization settings → Members.
2.
Select Add member.

Select a team or leave No team selected.

Enter one or more email addresses.
5.
Select the required Role.
6.
Select Send invites.

Pending Invitations#

The Members page also contains a Pending invitations section.

People who have been invited but have not yet accepted their invitation appear here.
Invitations remain in this section until they are accepted.
If there are currently no outstanding invitations, Sellora AI displays:
No pending invitations

Permissions#

The Permissions tab explains the access levels available within Sellora AI.

The available roles are:
RoleAccess
OwnerEverything, including billing and deletion
AdminManage team, tools and all modules
EditorCreate and edit content, run tasks
ViewerRead-only across the workspace

Owner#

The Owner has the highest level of access.
Owner access includes everything in the organisation, including:
Billing
Deletion

Admin#

The Admin role can manage:
Team
Tools
All modules

Editor#

The Editor role can:
Create content
Edit content
Run tasks

Viewer#

The Viewer role provides:
Read-only access across the workspace
Important: Select a role based on the level of access the member requires. Review the Permissions tab before inviting members if you are unsure which role to assign.

Log Out#

The account menu provides a Log out option.

To sign out:
1.
Open your profile menu.
2.
Select Log out.
Sellora AI signs you out of the current session.

Typical Team Setup Workflow#

A typical organisation setup can follow this process:
1.
Open Organization settings.
2.
Select Teams.
3.
Create the teams required by your organisation.
4.
Enter a name, slug, and optional description for each team.
5.
Open Members.
6.
Select Add member.
7.
Assign a team when required.
8.
Enter the member's email address.
9.
Select the appropriate role.
10.
Select Send invites.
11.
Review Pending invitations until invited users accept.
12.
Use Permissions to confirm what each role can access.

Typical Account Management Workflow#

1.
Open your profile menu.
2.
Select Manage Account.
3.
Update your first or last name when required.
4.
Select Save changes.
5.
Update your password when required.
6.
Use the Account tab for account-level actions.
7.
Review all warnings carefully before performing permanent actions such as account deletion.

Why Are Settings Important?#

Settings provide the controls required to manage both individual accounts and the wider Sellora AI organisation.
They help you:
Maintain your profile information.
Update your password.
Manage your account.
Review your organisation's plan.
Monitor available and consumed credits.
Apply promo codes.
Create teams.
Organise members into teams.
Invite new members.
Track pending invitations.
Assign access roles.
Understand role permissions.
Manage account deletion when required.
Sign out of Sellora AI securely.
Tip: Review Teams, Members, and Permissions whenever your organisation structure changes or new users need access.
