The Outreach Settings section under Administration is where you configure the communication channels Sellora AI uses for outreach.Outreach Settings contains two main areas:
Mailboxes — configure email accounts used to send and read cold email.
System Number — configure the phone number used for calling and outreach campaigns.
The Mailboxes section allows you to connect the email accounts that your operator uses to send and read cold email.Sellora AI recommends connecting at least 4 mailboxes per organization to spread sending volume and help protect email deliverability. The mailbox status area shows:
The number of recommended mailboxes currently connected.
How many additional mailboxes are required to reach the recommended minimum.
Tip: Sellora AI recommends connecting at least 4 mailboxes per organization to distribute sending volume and protect deliverability.
When Google (Gmail / Workspace) is selected as the mailbox provider, Sellora AI uses an app password to connect the mailbox.Enter:

Mailbox provider — select Google (Gmail / Workspace).
Daily send limit — the maximum configured daily sending limit for the mailbox.
