The Wizard under Sales Manager helps you manage lead requests, import leads, pull leads from configured data providers, and enrich lead records with additional contact and company information.
From the left navigation menu, go to:Sales Manager → WizardThe Wizard contains two main areas:
User requests
Enrich settings
Tip: Configure Enrich settings before pulling leads so Sellora AI uses the correct industries, regions, company sizes, revenue ranges, positions, departments, and data providers.
The User requests table displays the leads available in the Wizard. The table can be viewed horizontally to access all available columns.Depending on the available information, columns can include:
Contact
Company
Industry
Status
Enriched via
Phone
Email
Enriched at
Medium
Request text
Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional columns that are not currently visible.
After entering the available lead information, select Log request. The new lead request is then added to the User requests area, where it can be reviewed and enriched.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Use Company & contact name when you know where the contact works. The company name and the contact's first and last name are used together to identify the lead.
Use Email address only when the contact's email address is available. The email address identifies the person, so the company name is not required and the contact name is optional.
Use the checkbox beside a request to select the lead or leads you want to enrich. After selecting the required requests, use the Enrich with option to choose the enrichment method.By default, enrichment runs through Sellora.Select Enrich selected to start enriching the selected leads. If your organisation has connected its own Lusha or Apollo API credentials under Enrich settings → Data providers, those providers can also be used for enrichment.
Note: The available enrichment providers depend on your organisation's Data provider configuration.
When a lead is successfully enriched in the Wizard, Sellora AI automatically adds the related records to the appropriate areas of the platform:
The company is automatically added to the Companies widget.
The contact/person is automatically added to the People widget.
You do not need to manually create the company or person after successful enrichment. The enriched lead remains available in the Wizard while its company and contact information can be accessed from Companies and People for the next steps in the sales workflow.
Note: Only successfully enriched leads are automatically added to the Companies and People widgets.
You can import leads from an Excel file directly into the Wizard. From the User requests tab:
1.
Select the More options (...) menu.
2.

The Import leads from Excel workflow opens, allowing you to upload an Excel file and import the lead records into the Wizard. After the import is completed, the imported leads are added to User requests, where you can review and enrich them. For complete instructions on preparing the Excel file, using the import template, reviewing the imported data, and completing the import, see the Imports section of this user manual.
From the User requests tab, select the More options (...) menu.

Data providers
Target industries
Target regions
Company size

After changing the settings, select Save settings.
Select the provider Sellora AI should use when pulling leads.Sellora is available as the default provider. To pull leads using your organisation's own Lusha or Apollo account, configure the corresponding API key under Data providers.Once configured, the connected provider can also be used for lead pulling.
The Lead pull schedule controls when Sellora AI pulls new leads from the selected providers. You can choose from:
Manual – Pull leads whenever required.
Weekly – Automatically pull leads every week.
Monthly – Automatically pull leads every month.
Set the Lead limit to control how many leads are pulled for each run, week, or month.Select Sellora as the default provider, or use a configured Lusha or Apollo provider where available.
When Manual is selected, select Pull leads now to start pulling leads immediately using the current targeting settings. The Last run field displays the date and time of the most recent lead pull.

The Data providers section allows you to configure external providers for lead enrichment.Available providers include:
Lusha
Apollo
Enrichment runs through Sellora by default. If your organisation has its own Lusha or Apollo account, select Configure beside the required provider and connect your organisation's API credentials. When your organisation uses its own provider credentials, the provider bills your organisation directly and Sellora does not charge enrichment credits for that enrichment.

Select Specific Countries when you want to target individual countries instead of broader geographic regions.Use Search countries... to search for and select the countries you want to target.
