Sellora AI Platform User Manual Notifications keep you informed about activity in your Sellora AI workspace, such as support requests, system messages, and other important updates.You can view recent notifications from the bell icon in the top-right corner of Sellora AI, or open the full Notifications page to search your complete notification history. Tip: A coloured dot on the bell icon means you have unread notifications.Access Notifications# To view your recent notifications: 1.
Go to the top-right corner of the Sellora AI interface.

The notifications panel contains: A Notifications heading with the unread count
A list of your most recent notifications
Notifications Panel# Each notification in the panel shows: The notification title (for example, the support request number and type)
The time since the notification was received (for example, 17h, 18h, 5d)
The notification source , such as SYSTEM
An unread indicator dot for notifications you have not opened yet
Mark All Read# Select Mark all read to clear the unread status of all notifications in your list. Use this when you have reviewed your notifications and want to reset the unread count. Open the Notifications Page# To view your full notification history: 1.
Select the bell icon in the top-right corner.

At the bottom of the notifications panel, select See all → .

You will be redirected to the Notifications page.
The Notifications page shows everything you have been notified about, and allows you to search the full history and open any item. Notifications Page Layout# The Notifications page contains: A Notifications heading and description
A Search notifications... field
Notifications Table# The table lists your notifications with the following columns: Column Description Date and Time The date and time the notification was created. Title The notification subject, such as the support request number and type. Message A preview of the notification content. Channel The delivery channel used for the notification, such as EMAIL. Status The delivery status of the notification, such as Sent or Read. Read The date and time you read the notification, or Unread if you have not opened it yet.
Search Notifications# Use the Search notifications... field to find a specific notification. You can search using details such as: Words from the message content
Search is useful when you need to locate an older notification quickly. Sort Notifications# Select Sort to change the order in which notifications are displayed. Use sorting when you want to review your newest or oldest notifications first. Read and Unread Notifications# Notifications are shown as: Unread – you have not opened the notification yet. These are marked with an indicator dot.
Read – the notification has been opened, and the Read column shows the date and time.
Unread notifications also contribute to the count shown on the bell icon. At the bottom of the Notifications page you can: See how many notifications are being displayed, for example Showing 1-5 of 5
