Billing

The Billing widget allows you to manage your Sellora AI plan, credits, promo codes, payment methods, credit usage, and invoices.
To access Billing:
Account → Billing
The Billing page contains:
Your Plan
Promo Code
Choose a Plan
Payment Methods
Credit Usage
Invoices

Your Plan#

The Your Plan section provides an overview of your organisation's current Sellora AI plan and credit status.
It can display:
Current plan
Subscription status
Available credits
Monthly allocation
Payment method
For example, if your organisation does not currently have a paid subscription, the section may display:
Free starter
No subscription
Current available credit balance
Monthly allocation of 0
No card on file
Select Compare plans to review the available Sellora AI subscription plans.

Free Trial Credits#

When you start using Sellora AI, you receive 2,500 credits during the free trial period.
These credits allow you to explore and test Sellora AI before selecting a paid subscription or applying a promo code.
Note: To get full access to the platform, you can select a subscription plan or request a promo code from the Sellora AI Support Team.

Promo Code#

The Have a promo code? section allows you to redeem a Sellora AI promo code to add credits and unlock paid features.
Each promo code provides 25,000 credits.
To obtain a promo code, contact the Sellora AI Support Team.

Apply a Promo Code#

1.
Open Account → Billing.
2.
Locate Have a promo code?
3.
Enter the provided 20-character promo code.
4.
Select Apply code.
After the code is successfully applied, the credits are added to your available credit balance.
The Billing widget also displays the number of promo codes that have already been used.
Important: Each promo code provides 25,000 credits.
Important: Complete any required testing before applying your promo code. Once the promo code is applied and the wider workspace is activated, the Testing widget is no longer displayed.

Choose a Plan#

The Choose a plan section allows you to select a Sellora AI subscription based on your organisation's requirements.

Select Subscribe under the required plan to begin the subscription process.
Payments are processed through a secure Stripe checkout.
Note: You can change or cancel your selected plan when required.

Subscribe to a Plan#

You can subscribe to a Sellora AI plan whether or not you have already saved a payment method.

Subscribe Without a Saved Payment Method#

1.
Open Account → Billing.
2.
Go to Choose a plan.
3.
Select Subscribe under the required plan.
4.
You are redirected to the secure checkout page.
5.
Review the selected plan, monthly credit allocation, and amount due.
6.
Select an available payment option or enter your card details.
7.
Complete the payment.
Once payment is successfully completed, the selected subscription plan is activated.
Note: You do not need to add a payment method from the Billing widget before selecting a plan. Payment details can be provided during checkout.

Payment Methods#

The Payment methods section displays saved cards that can be charged for credits and subscription invoices.
If no payment method has been added, the section displays:
No cards on file yet
Select + Add payment method to add a card.

Add a Payment Method#

1.
Open Account → Billing.
2.
Go to Payment methods.
3.
Select + Add payment method.
4.
Enter the required card information.
5.
Confirm the payment method.
The card is then saved to your Sellora AI account for supported billing transactions.
Security: Payment information is handled securely through Stripe.

Credit Usage#

The Credit usage section provides a visual overview of the credits consumed by your organisation.
You can review credit usage using:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
The selected view determines how credit consumption is grouped in the chart.
You can review the total credits consumed for the displayed period and inspect usage for individual dates or periods.
Tip: Review Available credits together with Credit usage to understand your organisation's remaining balance and how credits are being consumed.

Invoices#

The Invoices section displays receipts for recent billing charges.
The section also shows the total number of available invoices.
If no invoices have been generated, Sellora AI displays:
No invoices yet.
Use this section to review available billing records and receipts.

Getting Full Access to Sellora AI#

There are two ways to access the wider Sellora AI platform:
1.
Select a paid subscription from Choose a plan.
2.
Request a promo code from the Sellora AI Support Team and apply it under Have a promo code?
New users receive 2,500 credits during the free trial period.
Each successfully applied promo code provides an additional 25,000 credits.
Paid subscription plans provide a monthly credit allocation according to the selected plan.
Tip: Use the Billing widget regularly to review your current plan, available credits, credit consumption, payment methods, and invoices.
