The Brand Guidelines section under Organization Intelligence allows you to define and maintain your organization's brand identity in Sellora AI.Brand Guidelines are organized into five areas:

Tip: Configure your Brand Guidelines before creating customer-facing content so your organization has a clear and consistent brand definition inside Sellora AI.
From the left navigation menu,Organization Intelligence → Brand GuidelinesThe Brand at a Glance area provides a summary of the Brand Guidelines configured for your organization.
Use Brand Promise to describe the value or experience your organization intends to consistently deliver.Select the Edit icon to update the Brand Promise and save the changes.
Use Positioning to describe where your organization or offering sits in the market and who it is intended for.Select the Edit icon to update the Positioning information and save the changes.
The Brand at a Glance area provides a consolidated summary of the organization's primary brand settings.It can display:
Primary logo
Primary palette
Primary colour
Primary typeface
Type scale
The information displayed here is based on the brand settings configured in the Logo, Colour, and Typography sections.Use Brand at a Glance as a quick reference for reviewing the organization's overall visual identity.
Tip: If an item displayed in Brand at a Glance needs to be changed, update it from its corresponding Brand Guidelines section.
The Logo section allows you to configure and maintain the approved logos used by your organization.From Brand Guidelines, select the Logo tab.The Logo page contains:
The Logo system stores the approved symbols, wordmarks, and logo lockups for the organization.Sellora AI organizes logos into three types:
Symbol — icon-only version of the logo.
Wordmark — text-only version of the logo.
Lockup — symbol and wordmark displayed together.
Each logo type supports two variants:
Standard — intended for light backgrounds.
Inverse — intended for dark backgrounds.
This allows the organization to maintain suitable logo versions for different backgrounds and use cases.To add a logo:

Open Organization Intelligence → Brand Guidelines.
2.
Select the Logo tab.
3.
Locate the required logo type:
Symbol
Wordmark
Lockup
4.
Choose either the Standard or Inverse version.
5.
Select the upload area.
6.
Choose the required logo file from your device.
7.
Review the uploaded logo in the preview window.
8.
If required, select Crop to adjust the framing.
9.
Complete the upload.
Use Standard versions for light backgrounds and Inverse versions for dark backgrounds.
Important: Follow the file format, dimensions, and file size requirements displayed for each logo type. The supported requirements may vary depending on the selected logo asset.
The Logo system provides a Mark as primary option below each logo type.Use this option to identify which logo type should act as the organization's primary brand mark.To mark a logo as primary:

Locate the required logo type.
2.
Select the Mark as primary checkbox.
3.
The selected logo type is designated as the primary logo.
For example, the Symbol can be marked as primary when the organization uses its icon as its main brand mark.
Tip: Select the logo type that best represents the organization's main brand identity as the primary logo.
The Clear space & size section defines how much space should surround the logo and any minimum sizing requirements.Select the Edit icon to maintain this guidance.Use this section to document rules such as:
Minimum clear space around the logo.
Minimum logo size.
Spacing between the logo and nearby text.
Spacing between the logo and other logos.
Distance between the logo and container edges.
Clear-space and sizing guidance helps prevent the logo from appearing crowded, obstructed, or difficult to read.
The Do section contains guidance for approved or encouraged logo usage.Select Add a Do to add logo usage guidance.Examples can include instructions about:
Approved logo variants.
Appropriate backgrounds.
Correct spacing.
Correct sizing.
Approved placement.
If no guidance has been configured, the section displays Nothing added yet.
The Don't section defines logo treatments and usage that should be avoided.Select Add a Don't to add logo usage restrictions.Examples can include restrictions against:
Distorting or stretching the logo.
Changing approved logo colours.
Placing the logo on unsuitable backgrounds.
Crowding the logo with other elements.
Using unapproved logo variations.
If no guidance has been configured, the section displays Nothing added yet.
Tip: Configure both Do and Don't guidance so users have clear instructions about acceptable and unacceptable logo usage.
The Colour section allows you to create and maintain the organization's approved brand colour palette.From Brand Guidelines, select the Color tab.The Colour page contains two main areas:
The Colour palette contains the colours that make up the organization's brand.Each colour is displayed as an individual colour card so that you can quickly review its visual appearance and configuration.A colour card can display:
Colour name
Colour role
Primary colour designation, where applicable
Hex value
RGB values
CMYK values
Colour preview
This provides both a visual and technical reference for each colour in the brand palette.
The Accessibility & usage section provides guidance about how and where the organization's colour palette should be applied.This area can be used to document rules for the appropriate use of:
Primary colours
Secondary colours
Accent colours
Neutral colours
Text colours
Links and actions
Brand marks
Gradients and highlights
Colour contrast
For example, an organization may specify that its primary colour should be used for primary actions, links, and brand elements, while a neutral colour should be used for body text.The guidance can also document accessibility requirements, such as maintaining appropriate contrast for text.
Update the organization's colour usage and accessibility guidance.

Tip: Keep this guidance aligned with the organization's approved brand and accessibility requirements so users understand not only which colours are available, but also how they should be used.
The Typography section defines the fonts and typographic hierarchy used by your organization.From Brand Guidelines, select the Typography tab.The Typography page contains two main areas:
Typefaces — defines the fonts used by the brand.
Type scale — defines the hierarchy, size, and weight of text styles.
The Typefaces section contains the fonts that your brand is set in.Each configured typeface is displayed as a card with a visual font preview and information about how the font is used.A typeface card can display:
Font preview
Font family/name
Primary designation, where applicable
Usage or role
Three-dot menu for managing the typeface
For example, a typeface can be associated with uses such as:
A typeface can be designated as the organization's Primary font.The primary typeface is identified by a Primary label on its card.The configured primary typeface can also be displayed in Brand at a Glance.
Tip: Use the Primary designation for the typeface that represents the organization's main typography.
The Type scale defines the levels of your organization's typographic hierarchy.Each level represents a particular type of text and its associated typography settings.The configured levels can include:
H1
H2
Body
Caption
The Type Scale displays the configured font size and font weight for each level.For example, a configured hierarchy may appear as:
H1 — 48px / 700
H2 — 32px / 600
Body — 16px / 400
Caption — 12px / 400
Note: These values are examples of the current configuration shown in the interface. Organizations can configure their own Type Scale values.
The Themes section allows you to create and manage reusable colour themes using colours configured in the organization's Colour palette.From Brand Guidelines, select the Themes tab.Themes provide predefined combinations of brand colours that can be maintained for different visual contexts.The Themes page organizes configured themes into:
The Accent colour provides an additional colour that can be used for emphasis within the theme.The selected colours are represented visually in the theme card.
Tip: Configure the required colours under Brand Guidelines → Color before creating themes.
The Description field can be used to explain the intended purpose or usage of a theme.For example, a description may indicate whether a theme is intended for a light surface, dark surface, presentation, or another visual context.Use clear descriptions so users can understand when each configured theme should be used.
A theme can be designated as the organization's Primary theme.When a theme is configured as primary, a Primary label appears next to its name.Use the Primary designation to identify the organization's main or default brand theme.
Note: The interface confirms that a theme can be marked as Primary, but the exact behaviour of the Primary theme in AI-generated content should be verified through testing before documenting it.
