Connected Tools

The Connected Tools section under Administration is where you connect Sellora AI with supported external CRM platforms.
Connected tools allow CRM data to synchronize with your Sellora AI workspace so existing customer and contact information can be used throughout the sales workflow.
Tip: If your organization already manages companies and contacts in another CRM, connect the CRM before manually creating the same records in Sellora AI.

Select Create legacy app.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 11.51.30.png
Note: HubSpot may display a notice explaining that legacy apps will not receive future platform updates.

Step 3: Select Private App#

The Create Legacy App window displays the available app types:
Public — for many accounts.
Private — for one account.
Select Private.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 12.04.02.png
HubSpot may recommend using Service Keys instead and display information about the limitations of legacy private apps.
To continue using a legacy private app:
1.
Review the information displayed by HubSpot.
2.
Select the checkbox confirming that you understand the limitations of legacy private apps.
3.
Select Continue with legacy private app.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 12.04.33.png

Step 4: Enter the App Basic Information#

Scopes determine what information the app can access and what actions it can perform within HubSpot.
Select + Add new scope.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 13.07.03.png
In the Add new scope window, select the required permissions.
For the Sellora AI integration, add the following scopes:

The selected permissions are displayed under Selected scopes.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 13.10.29.png
Important: Make sure all required scopes are selected. Missing permissions may prevent Sellora AI from accessing or updating the required HubSpot CRM information.

Step 6: Create the App#

After confirming the app information and scopes:
1.
Select Create app.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 13.11.18.png

HubSpot displays a confirmation explaining that creating the private app will generate an Access Token.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 13.11.45.png
3.
Select Continue creating.
Important: The generated access token provides access to your HubSpot account data. Only share it with trusted and authorized applications or users. Do not publish the token or store it in a public repository.

Step 7: Retrieve the Access Token and Client Secret#

After the app is created, open the app and select the Auth tab.
The Auth section displays the credentials required by Sellora AI:

Connect HubSpot to Sellora AI#

Return to the Connect HubSpot CRM panel in Sellora AI.
Enter:
Access Token — paste the Access Token copied from HubSpot.
Client Secret — paste the Client Secret copied from HubSpot.

The Salesforce connection requires the following information:
Instance URL
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
All three fields are required.

Get Salesforce API Credentials#

Before connecting Salesforce to Sellora AI, you need to create an External Client App in Salesforce and obtain the required API credentials.
The Salesforce connection requires:
Instance URL
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
Important: You must have the appropriate Salesforce permissions to create and configure an External Client App.

Step 1: Open Salesforce Setup#

Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 07.59.51.png

Step 5: Enable OAuth#

Scroll to API (Enable OAuth Settings).
1.
Select Enable OAuth.
2.
Enter the following Callback URL:
https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/callback
Note: The Callback URL is a required Salesforce field when configuring OAuth.

Step 6: Configure OAuth Scopes#

Under OAuth Scopes, move the required scopes from Available OAuth Scopes to Selected OAuth Scopes.
Add:
Manage user data via APIs (api)
Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.17.44.png
Note: The Salesforce Client Credentials flow itself does not issue refresh tokens. Salesforce may therefore filter the refresh_token / offline_access scope from tokens created using this flow. The important API access scope for the integration is Manage user data via APIs (api).

Step 7: Enable Client Credentials Flow#

Under Flow Enablement:
1.
Select Enable Client Credentials Flow.
2.
Leave the other flows unchanged unless they are required for another integration.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.17.58.png
Important: Client Credentials Flow allows the external application to authenticate using its Consumer Key and Consumer Secret without requiring an interactive Salesforce login for each API request.
When Salesforce displays the Confirm Enablement of the Client Credential Flow message, review the warning and select OK to continue.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.21.13.png

Step 8: Create the External Client App#

After completing the required configuration:

Review the settings.
2.
Select Create.
Salesforce creates the External Client App.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.21.31.png

Step 9: Configure the Client Credentials Run-As User#

In Run As (Username), select or enter the Salesforce user that Sellora AI should use when accessing Salesforce.
7.
Select Save.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.36.32.png
Important: The selected Run-As user determines the Salesforce permissions and data available to the integration. Use an authorized integration user with only the permissions required by the integration.

Step 10: Open the OAuth Settings#

After saving the policies:
1.
Open the Settings tab for the External Client App.
2.
Expand OAuth Settings.
The configured OAuth scopes and Callback URL are displayed.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.37.48.png

Step 11: Get the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret#

Under OAuth Settings:
1.
Select Consumer Key and Secret.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.38.49.png
Salesforce may ask you to verify your identity before displaying the credentials.
If the Verify Your Identity page appears:
1.
Check the email account associated with your Salesforce user.
2.
Enter the verification code sent by Salesforce.
3.
Select Verify.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.38.39.png
After verification, Salesforce displays the Consumer Details for the External Client App.
Copy:
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 08.39.37.png
Important: The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are sensitive API credentials. Do not include them in screenshots, documentation, emails, or other publicly accessible locations.

Step 12: Get the Salesforce Instance URL#

Sellora AI also requires your Salesforce Instance URL.
Use your organization's Salesforce My Domain URL.
For example:
https://your-domain.my.salesforce.com
To locate it in Salesforce:
1.
Open Setup.
2.
Search for My Domain.
3.
Open My Domain.
4.
Copy your organization's My Domain URL.
Important: For the Client Credentials flow, use the Salesforce My Domain URL rather than https://login.salesforce.com.

Salesforce Details Required by Sellora AI#

After completing the Salesforce configuration, you should have:
Sellora AI FieldSalesforce Value
Instance URLSalesforce My Domain URL
Consumer KeyConsumer Key from the External Client App
Consumer SecretConsumer Secret from the External Client App
Return to:
Sellora AI → Administration → Connected Tools → Salesforce → Connect
Enter the three values and select Connect.
Screenshot 2026-09-02 at 11.35.43.png
