The Campaigns module under Sales Manager is where you can create, manage, and review sales campaigns in Sellora AI.Campaigns allow you to define the campaign objective, select the target audience, choose the applicable products, solutions, or services, review compliance requirements, and configure the campaign plan.
Go to Sales Manager → Campaigns.The Campaigns page displays the campaigns available in your workspace.The page includes:

Use Search campaigns to find an existing campaign.Select Refresh to refresh the campaign list and display the latest available information.Select + New campaign to create a new campaign.
Use the table controls to organise the campaign list:
Filter – filter the campaigns displayed in the table.
Sort – change the order in which campaigns are displayed.
Group – organise campaign records into groups.
Fields – control the fields displayed in the table.
The bottom of the table displays the number of campaigns currently shown.Use the Rows selector to control the number of records displayed on a page.Use Prev and Next to move between pages when multiple pages of campaigns are available.
The Setup stage defines the main campaign information, objective, campaign message, responsible person, applicable products or services, and supporting material.Complete the required information before continuing to the Audience stage.
Enter the main outcome you want the campaign to achieve.The Aim of this campaign field is required.For example:Book a 15-minute demo with the Head of Operations.Use this field to give Sellora AI clear context about the purpose of the campaign.
Select the products, solutions, or services associated with the campaign.The available options depend on the products and services configured for the organisation.The interface can include options such as:

The Compliance stage allows you to review the phone-number regulations and communication requirements that apply to the people included in the campaign.
The Compliance requirements displayed by Sellora are based on the phone numbers of the contacts included in the selected campaign audience.Sellora identifies the applicable country from the audience contact information and displays the relevant requirements for that country.For example:
If the selected audience contains only contacts with Sri Lankan phone numbers, the Compliance stage displays the applicable requirements for Sri Lanka.
If the selected audience contains only contacts with Australian phone numbers, the Compliance stage displays the applicable requirements for Australia.
If the audience contains contacts with phone numbers from multiple countries, each applicable country is displayed separately for review.
When multiple countries are included, review each applicable country separately before continuing.
Important: Compliance requirements can vary by country. Always review the country-specific requirements displayed for the contacts included in the campaign audience.

This section displays the permitted calling-time requirements for the selected country.The applicable calling window and restrictions are displayed directly in the Compliance stage.
Important: Calling requirements can vary by country. Review the requirements displayed for the selected country rather than assuming that the same rules apply to every campaign contact.
The Compliance stage includes an important notice explaining that the existence of a contact record does not automatically create permission to contact the person through every communication channel.Contacts may originate from sources such as:

Sellora assesses applicable communication channels separately.Review the exact compliance information displayed in Sellora before authorising the campaign.
The person accepting the acknowledgement confirms that they are authorised to launch the campaign and have reviewed the selected contacts, channels, and offer.
Where the campaign relies on consent, an existing relationship, an inbound request, event information, or another permission basis, the supplied information must support the selected communication channel.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and appropriate approval of the product, pricing, offer, and factual claims supplied for campaign communication.
Where the customer states that consent, permission, an existing relationship, licence, or another basis exists, supporting information may need to be available where required.

For campaign objectives that include calling, complete the required Compliance review before continuing to the Plan stage.
For an Email only campaign, the Compliance stage is not displayed. After completing the Audience stage, proceed directly to the Plan stage.
The Plan stage is used to configure the campaign outreach sequence.The options displayed in this stage can vary depending on the Objective selected during the Setup stage.
an additional section called How well do your contacts know you? is displayed at the top of the Plan stage.Use this section to indicate the existing relationship between your organisation and the campaign contacts.The available options are:

Note: The How well do your contacts know you? section is displayed only when the campaign objective is Awareness + follow-up or Sales engagement. It is not displayed when the objective is Email only or Calls only.
Select Use my own sequence when you want to manually define campaign outreach steps.Select + Add step to create a sequence step.Depending on the campaign configuration, a step can contain information such as:
The available activity type depends on the selected campaign objective.The campaign can use the applicable email and/or calling activities associated with its objective.
Select Generate by AI when you want Sellora AI to prepare the campaign sequence.Sellora AI can use available campaign context when generating the sequence.This can include:
Select the required Time period before generating the sequence.The time period determines the duration across which the campaign sequence is prepared.Select Generate to begin generating the sequence.
After selecting Generate, a confirmation message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want Nora to generate the sequence.The confirmation message explains that while Nora is drafting the sequence:
You cannot return to the earlier campaign creation steps.
You cannot make changes to the current Plan stage.
The sequence returned by Nora will replace any steps currently included in the plan.
The confirmation window provides two options:
Cancel – closes the confirmation message without starting the generation.
Generate – confirms the request and starts generating the sequence with Nora.
Important: Review the current campaign setup before confirming, as you cannot return to the earlier steps while Nora is drafting the sequence.
Select Regenerate when you want Sellora AI to generate another version of the sequence.
Tip: Review all generated campaign steps before creating the campaign to make sure the sequence, timing, and messaging are appropriate for the campaign.
When the campaign configuration is complete, select Create campaign.
After the campaign is created, open the campaign details page to review its configuration and activity.A newly created campaign can remain in a draft state until it is started.Creating the campaign does not necessarily begin outreach immediately.
Select a campaign from the Campaigns page to open the campaign details page.The campaign details page provides an overview of the campaign, its execution progress, configuration, audience, and associated documents.At the top of the page, the campaign summary displays information such as:

Audience — review the people included in the campaign.
Document — review campaign material and step-specific attachments.
Tip: Before creating or starting a campaign, review the audience, objective, campaign message, applicable products, sequence, attachments, and any applicable compliance information carefully.
